The accommodation is a real bargain. Since I usually drive to Linz on business trips anyway, I save myself the hassle of searching for a parking space in the city and prefer to book a 10-minute drive away in the suburbs. Fresh air, nature, and peace and quiet simply make it more attractive to me than choosing a hectic apartment in the city.
